That’s a good way to do it without hurting his feelings, Very smooth. When I was 16 I was a swing manager at McDonald’s and I had to talk to a 30 something year old about his body odor which was super awkward. I brought it up by asking him if he washed his uniform everyday, He took it well just forgot to put on deodorant that day (it was like the 4th to 5th day of everyone noticing it) but after bringing it up he never smelled again. Some people aren’t as aware about simple stuff like hygiene and you get used to the smells you’re around.
