The guys you have working heavy equipment are worth their weight in gold. Not only are they hard workers, they are sensitive to your property, family, and vision. Marvelous guys! Tara, may I suggest a possible aide for your back? If you stand in front of your sink, spread your legs shoulder length apart, gently lower to a straight-backed squat. Hold onto the sink for balance. Rise slowly. Do this about 5-10 times (don't strain). Pull your tailbone in as you go up and down. You'll be aligning your spine and should feel, slowly, a little stronger with repeated daily squats.

He is doing such a great job planting that tree all by himself. I’m proud of him too! And he simply asked for help when he needed it. He only asked you to hold the tree straight as he filled the hole. Important, knowing when to ask for help!
