The one thing I hate about this game is the unrealisticly low amount of employees at some companies. A massive oil refinery with 20 employees is kinda odd. Thank God for mods.
I haven't even finished the video yet, but I feel like moving the energy drink bottling plant and replacing it with warehousing for the cargo train could make a lot of sense
Why not add a warehouse to the steel mill? Just to make the invisible cargo train station work properly

FYI you will need to add more tim hortons to make it more realistic. The city I live in has 18 and less than 100K residents. One street in my city alone has 5 different tim hortons on it lol.

I feel like the rail line to the mill should run parallel with the river between the forest and the housing development a bit before crossing the river. Would give room for a siding or two before the mill for waiting trains. Could have it serve the bottling plant too as another spur.
I don't even know how many times I've checked my YouTube notifications today and the last couple days . I'm as addicted to this series like a cr4ckh*ad.
Another counter-suggestion for how to tackle the cereal mill. The cost of that rail bridge for a tiny spur line would be astronomical. They would have just built the mill on the other side of the river. And it probably would have been on the river, with a small water wheel to drive the mills. And the rail spur would only ever branch in one direction. Whichever direction the trains regularly run. If they ever needed to go the other way, they would u-turn in a siding or just on the main line.

I'm really enjoying this series. Superficially, Canadian and US town and cities look similar apart from your blue mailboxes, but as we give you pointers, it helps realise that there are differences, many of them subtle. Thanks for taking this build on.
Fun fact: the roofs of legislative buildings in Canada (incl. the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa) are green because they are copper, and oxidize over time! My hometown refurbished the roof of their leg building and it sure looked weird for a while.
