the word for this countdown is change. kartel has changed in how he carrys himself in the public eye, lisa hanna is going through changes in the context of how society sees her in a bathing suit at a certain age , dancehall is forever changing in merging the old with the new and where the lines of morality and artistic expression are drawn and/or crossed, and linguistic rules in parliment need to change especially if jamaica plans to become a republic one day and leave the commonwealth. embrace change. it is a part of life. i know somethings wont ever change like how jamaicans view the rainbow community but aside from that. change.....get use to it.
