real fact: A radio station in the UK ran a competition where they got listeners to vote on "the best" rock musicians to form a imaginary super group, based on what part they played (drums, rhythm, lead, vocals, etc.) and were shocked/bemused that the winners of each category were all the members of Led Zeppelin. Best drummer? _John Bohnam._ Best Vocals? _Robert Plant._ Best Bassist? _John Paul Jones._ Best Lead? _Jimmy Page._ Now there were a couple of close ones (IIRC), like Plant ALMOST lost to Freddie Mercury, and John Paul Jones _just_ squeaked by David Gilmour, but when that's your competition, beating them out is _saying something._

Led Zeppelin was such a part of my early days ..I listen to Mot the Hoople,the who,stones,doors...Free,moody,stepping,some Deep Purple...my family was a bunch of musical/ hippies....so at 6 I was singing at 9 I was playing guitar.. Zeppelin gave me the Deep love for music,and song writing...it changed and shaped my life to this day .. wouldn't change any of it....and it's still being made ....I will die performing ❤️
