As a guy, that wasn't a joke, that's borderline sexual harassment, there a plenty of jokes that can be made between guys that many girls probably wouldn't like and because of that should stay between guys. However, this is an office, there are different rules in an office, and sexualizing a coworker and your boss, and then posting a drawing like that, in your office is to far. And in a professional setting a fireable offense. It was literally the Male boss who told her to go fire him, and she gave him one more chance. He wrote it off as a joke, didn't take her seriously, and faced the consequences of being fired.

Every time I start wishing for "the good old days", I remember crap like this. I know my mom had to deal with this as an executive secretary, but she never complained.

She did things the proper way went to her boss. Her boss told her to take care of it. She did she gave him a chance to apologize first he said no, so she fired his ass.
