The original is posted on his Insta and the Van driver commented on it, was his daughter that had an accident with a car on her scooter and was in a bad way hence his driving.

I mean I’d drive like that if it was a family emergency at home or elsewhere which with the hazards on maybe it was who knows

After seeing the hazards I immediately thought medical emergency

It might have been a family member on floor hence doing what he did to get there as van looked undamaged
