A nda isn't legal or binding if he was a minor when signing it. This is worded like he was 14 when the deal for him to run that division so it's not legal. If it was a verbal nda a judge would burst out laughing since that doesn't exist.

If this goes to court tell everyone the jury the judge that that man is your father who doesn’t love you and treats you like nothing and say that he abandoned you he did this as a boss not as a father and say he threw you away and then tell everyone it’s the kind of person you want to be working with or have a family he didn’t call me back like a son.
