Not every story we share happened exactly as told… sometimes imagination sprinkles a little magic dust on the truth. ✨

If you signed under the age of 18 you can say what you want. A minor cant enter into a legal agreement of any kind.

If there is no NDA, they can't sue him for telling the truth.

A nda isn't legal or binding if he was a minor when signing it. This is worded like he was 14 when the deal for him to run that division so it's not legal. If it was a verbal nda a judge would burst out laughing since that doesn't exist.

If this goes to court tell everyone the jury the judge that that man is your father who doesn’t love you and treats you like nothing and say that he abandoned you he did this as a boss not as a father and say he threw you away and then tell everyone it’s the kind of person you want to be working with or have a family he didn’t call me back like a son. He just threw the lawyers in my face because he cares more about his reputation than his own child, his own blushing blood.

Please. Their threats are worthless scare tactics, but I'm pretty sure sending legal threats about a non-existent agreement with a person who was a minor at the time, also his child, wouldn't look good in front of a judge, I'd get my own lawyer just in case.

I hope his business fail for sake. He didn’t treat his own blood right. But start your own LLC business. Show him.

Your mother should take him to family court for back child support and you should not sign anything and go public on the same thing he’s trying to silence you about

You don't have to talk about the AI division to talk about what a horrible father he became. Those are two different things. At this point, the MC of the story would do best to find his own employment outside his father, because good old dad would use employment as a way to control, then use the MC as a whipping boy if anything went wrong.

I wouldn't talk about the AI division, just about how he's a crappy person and father

An NDA is a contract that for specified consideration (usually money) both parties agree to not release the information of the settlement. So, unless daddy has given his son something and they have both signed an agreement that letter from his legal team is smoke and mirrors!

I'd message back I never signed an NDA so good luck with that, my father made me a promise before he walked out on me and my mother to start a family with someone else, he owes me for years of abandonment, he needs to be a man grow a pair and talk to me instead of getting you involved because he can't face what he did, I don't owe the company he built my silence.....there was no mention of op signing an NDA or a physical signed agreement that his father would give him the position just a verbal promise that he would......get things in writing and notorized
