The flour bugs are completely harmless, but if you do want to get rid of them put your flour is the freezer for 48 hours I think and then sift all your flour to get rid of them, you can do the same for rice too

You can add bay leaves or cloves to repel weevils. You can freeze your grains and flour for 3 to 4 days to kill the weevils. Use a sieve to remove the dead bugs. The dead weevils will rise to the surface when you wash your rice. You could also dry them out in the oven at 120°f/49°c for an hour. They aren't dangerous to your health just annoying parasites who, if left unchecked, will eat your food and turn it into floury weevil 💩

Disinfectant typically doesn't instantly disinfect. It needs to sit on the surface for an allotted time. Only mentioning because you wiped it away soon after spraying
