I go to Lollapalooza every year for the past three years and going again this year - Im 19 - I get GA+ less expensive than vip and platinum - but you still get separate bathrooms and food vendors in a lounge area that has fans and tables that are less crowded then the GA stuff - Im pretty sure my family stays at the JW Marriott Chicago it's like a 10-15 minute walk from the festival if I remember correctly - it's really nice - I love lolla,usually go to the festival around 12-1 after I eat a big lunch and I then I usually survive only on snacks until after the festival and the hotel has late night room service 😋- I try to get center or side barricade as early as I can if I love the artist - I'm a barricade camping warrior tho I so I'm usually at one or two stages for the long haul - if you're not trying to do all that or get a higher priced ticket that has a separate viewing area you are good to wander and get food, snacks, desserts in-between sets Ive done that before with GA plus when I haven't been a huge fan of anyone at mainstage - smaller stages are pretty easy to get to the front of - I say definitely go with family or friends it can be overwhelming especially alone- bring a fan it's hot! - drink water!! - and bring a portable phone charger if you plan on being there all day ❤
