Best thing my psychologist ever said to me is: you don't owe anyone an explanation, not even yourself. Your intuition telling you a situation is off should be enough to remove yourself from it. Don't debate it with thoughts.

She could've vanished off the face of earth because she was embarassed, but she got above it and faced it and went back to doing what she loved, helping others with the experience she has now gained !! It’s honestly disappointing to see how quickly people turned on Liz. Instead of showing empathy during her personal struggles, they started nitpicking her every move without even knowing the full story. They’ve completely ignored all the quality content she’s made to help people, preferring 'brain rot' or out-of-context clips over actual substance. It’s clear that some people were just waiting for her to stumble out of pure jealousy. It’s a shame that they’d rather tear someone down to justify their own emptiness than face reality
