Put it on a pontoon boat and do some lake camping and fishing.
Maybe build another one, but instead of crazy heavy wood, make a welded aluminum frame with steel studs in the walls. That's how I built my truck camper with a fiberglass truck topper and it weighed in at 587lbs.
If you can get your money out of it, it's a win. That's the prototype. Build a lighter version. 😊

Sell it and use your hot tent. As nice as your snowmobile house is it is alot of setup and loading and unloading on your trailer. Plus you would have to buy a new snowmobile when you give the loaner back.
keep the ski frame, build a platform and pitch the arctic tent on the platform. could also tie down all your supplies & firewood on the platform
Well as sad as it will be to see it go, that's what life's about. It's just making room for more of what you'll need. And as someone who blew out her L4-L5, please take care of yourself. Back injuries are not just back pain. I'll keep you in my prayers ... I'll still be watching to see what the next chapter brings for you and Eden.

Get rid of it. Find yourself an Ark on sled for the snowmobile. Those are popular here in Scandinavia 🎉 Basically foldable canvas tent on ski’s 😊
If you do keep it like that maybe buy a beefier axle with tires to ensure safe travel
Build a trailer to fit the cabin, and make sure it has trailer brakes!

Loved the Concept of the snowmobile camper but throughout the build I kept telling my boys that its way to heavy. I would rebuild with an aluminum frame and light gage aluminum skin. I would look at campers with expandable hard walls to redesign the door.
