You should add some kind of air flow to your electrical cabinet to dissipate heat from the chargers and inverter. A couple of vents on the cabinet door and maybe a 12v computer style fan. Btw, you are very thorough and meticulous in your work and it shows. You’ve done a very professional job. Your rig looks great and it should help you avoid lots of problems down the road. You may want to put a circulating fan in the box, a hole to allow air flow and a fan to suck out hot air.

The electrical install looks very professional! Everything you've done on your van has been so well thought out. I don't know what your day job is but I sincerely hope it's something that utilizes your amazing talents! I think I speak from all of us when I say you're a great teacher as well. Your step by step explanations are the best for sure.

Regarding the grounds. There is a vehicle negative ground and an earth ground. They are not the same and don't get connected together. The cases of the inverter, etc, are Earth ground. You should be able to use a multimeter and see a connection between the AC ground pin of the outlet and the lug on the case. Basically, all the AC grounds should be connected together and to the AC shore power ground. The camper battery and your 12v stuff from that really shouldn't be grounded to the chassis. Improper grounding can cause problems with your DC to DC converter.
