You know if they weren't charging people for the seats but rather the amenities then the Cubs probably wouldn't have a case but since they're selling seating specifically for the games the Cubs probably do have a case.

It's not like the seats are behind home plate or directly behind the dugout. And as a person who's been able to sit on the rooftop once, MANY years ago, I might add, that the food provided is closer and far superior. The rooftop food is quite delicious and (as far as Chicago goes) reasonably priced.
