You've reached the end
Give me 5 minutes and you would never know that was ever cut off
I thought the guy was going to say "Ok, that looks like you purposely damaged it which unfortunately voids your warranty. Have a great day, bye!"
5 minutes later a mexican down the street has a fully working ninja💀💀💀
as an electrician i can see an opportunity to make easy money here (edit)this comment was a joke but yous are cracking me up fr😂😂 low key the replies have been absolutely spectacular
10 minute repair job.
OMG I thought they were talking to Chat GPT this whole time.
For a free replacement. Vacuum cleaner companies do it too.
What was their shipping address? 41… 😂
To prevent fraud. Can't sell it and allow someone else to take advantage of the warranty.
A customer service agent, who's American, and speaks fluent english? You hit the jackpot of all customer service agents.
I honestly thought this was AI giving them repair tips.
Holy shit, he speaks perfect english
You know how easy it is to replace that plug😂
the fact its cheaper for them to send a replacement then repair the first one is shameful. its definitely not a one off my mom had to do the same thing with her first one
Unscrew the bottom, disconnect the smaller portion of cord from circuit board, reconnect the two, and put back together🤣
They do this to "prevent" you from reselling it, I assume you were given a replacement unit. Thing is, that's a relatively simple fix.
Thought it was chatgpt 😂
The fraud is a small part of it. The main reason is liability. If they don't disable their defective product and someone uses it they could be sued and lose. Worked in a warehouse that did returns and the stuff that came back was all destroyed beyond fixing, even for small problems.
2 week old 75 inch tv from aldi, they made us do this after their tv repair guys came around to my house and looked at for 5 mins and reported it as "unrepairable". Got the money back... reattached the cable... diagnosed a faulty T-con board. $30 on Ali express. Free 75 inch tv... Don't believe everything you're told😊
It be funnier after they cut it he just say "now buy a new one "😂
