I'm with the Collins couple. Nicole would be an absolute nightmare waitress. She's condescending, far from as efficient as she thinks she is & looks stabby at the slightest inconvenience.

Serving someone a few times does not make them your regular. Claiming ownership over customers, "your regulars", has always felt weird to me, and I was a server for years.If a customer requests you, that's different, but there is a reason for sections and a hostess to make sure each section gets roughly the same amount ot customers.
