How to set engine ignition timing in 100cc Hero Splendor Plus and CD100

How to set Hero Splendor ignition timing. Read 👇🏻 1. Lubricate and install camshaft with cam lobes facing down 2. Check free play = ready for combustion stroke 3. Remove pushrod spring to loosen timing chain 4. Bring the piston to top by aligning mark on the magnet 5. Install timing sprocket keeping dot on the left side 6. If the dot is above/below the alignment mark, rectify 7. Hold the timing wheel and rotate the camshaft to align the bolt threads 8. Fasten the timing wheel to the camshaft 9.
