Helm and gloves always. "Sneakers" high-top riding boots and back protection if im just casually riding. Lether jacket on top of previous mentioned gear if i ever plan of riding a highway. I dont do "carving canyons"-style, so i never ever use full-suit. It doesnt help more then what im already wearing since i dont ride like that.

Got into a mild crash when i was on the back my shirt tore up and my jeans were gone i thankfully only got some road rash on my arms and permanent scar kinda thing on my palm and i can not put pressure on it without it hurting and i had some gravel in my hands i wanna thank god nothing serious happened to me and it make me realise i should atleast wear gloves and motorcycle helmet

I always wore protection. But one time I didn't wear my motorcycle pants. And I went down. Couldn't walk for 3 months

Crashed with 200 at the track a couple of months ago with full gear, then i just stand up and walk away…
