Astarion might be older than 200 years honestly (assuming that he was turned into a spawn 200 years before start of game). If I remember my lore correctly, elves in 5e are not considered fully matured until they're about 100 years old

Wait Wait wait wait I've always wondered why in older editions material characters often spoke like in LOTR while in newer editions material characters often speak in a more day-to-day-like manner. Is THAT why?? The timeskip???
