Crazy call on that last strike
Perdomo & Soto were both done dirty in the later innings by those low strike calls
ABS won tonight.
The umpire should never do WBC games ever again.
That umpire behind the plate should honestly never call for any sporting event ever 😭
9:27 Pitcher, hitter, and catcher are all on the same page, yet the umpire decides to be different. This is exactly why ABS exists.
That last call was insane. It was an epic, high-level game, but man… that ending was just awful.The next WBC seriously needs to implement ABS. There have been way too many missed calls throughout the tournament, starting from the Taiwan vs. Australia game.

This was basically a test to see who could hit Home Run ball more than anything. The US knew the Doms would do that so they used a bullpen designed to counter that. That's what won them this day. Too bad that final K is an argument for why the ABS is needed for WBC.

As was expected, this was a super tense, amazing game from start to finish. The WBC is baseball at its finest! 🤩
I wish Pedormo walked towards the 1st base first to "sell it" better. Him walking toward his dugout did not help at all!
😅Fun Fact, Juan Soto went hitless finshed with a .261 average in the WBC and got eliminated at Loan Depot Park, the last game Mets lost to the Marlins, Soto went hitless finished the regular season with a .263 average and got eliminated at Loan Depot Park
