My own father was very.....demeaning about such hobbies. TBF he was about most of my interests. My Grandfather who also enjoyed games passed away when I was 14. Despite not having much of these experiences myself it's really lovely to see you both bond over and share these experiences together, it brings back those few times I did have with my Grandfather. It seems common for parents to not connect with their children over video games so I'm sure people getting to watch this and sort of have that experience vicariously is appreciated.
I loved being an, admitedly sporadic, part of this. That stream where he beat Malenia AND Placidusax and he was like "What next?" was incredible.

Ngl it’s madly impressive what your dad has accomplished. I played games for many years before trying ER and I damn near had enough several times and almost uninstalled it several times. I just didn’t get it… for a looong-ass time. For someone with virtually no experience at that age to be able to not only sit through it, but even beat it without completely losing one’s marbles is damn freaking badass.
