Golden Leaves effect always happens before it turns to morning. The wind also picks up, shaking all foliage nearby.

Another useful tip: if you’re in the Aeonia area in caelid or lake of rot or anywhere where there’s rot and you’re guaranteed to get rotted while exploring than, walk into the rot letting it get almost completely full and then let the rot that continues to build up after walking out of the rot activate scarlet rot on you, this makes you take significantly less damage, obviously this won’t work if it’s raining and I assume it works with poison

Standing in water also reduces fire damage by 10%

If I remember correctly, the golden leaves effect can also be triggered if you were using a server code or something like that with multiplayer. When someone beats the game, all other players using that code get the golden leaves effect for a while.
