It is literally available through a normal playthrough without jumping...
I died to gravity 10 times watching this video
I did like five play throughs and never got close to finding this naturally
For the moment I thought I lost my memory, then I thought it was a mod. Then I remembered that I never played the DLC.
I see I'm not the only one with that graphical problem of flickering lights and shadows.
The dude the entire time: " Excuse me, coming through, oh sorry, coming through"
That weapon is specifically placed close to end game because is a god slayer weapon.
I have that but i dont remember finding ot like this😂
Euphoria... Them super powers get neutralized, I can only watch in silence.

OMG, that scorpion spider thing at the door when he turned around sent shivers down my spine.
I wish more games rewarded you properly for exploring random areas, instead of just dead ends and unused bits of maps
