I remember some other video explaining that this Gideon guy literally has beetles spying for him somehow. There’s certain beetles that have that same eye symbol on their backs or something. Idk how, but this guy literally invented the concept of having someone *_”bugged”._*

If he wasn’t our height and getting staggered all the time, he’d be a memorable late game boss. A character paying homage to all the main bosses before him, should have been 2 health bars.

The funny part is that he only uses them if you tell Gideon about the bosses you have defeated. Gideon will then use those boss abilities in his fight with you. You, The Tarnished, are the agent that informs Gideon about where he should acquire knowledge
