Norgaard is a proven EPL captain, post covid he ranks in top 3 for most possesions and duels won, which is the reason they recruit him after Partey's departure. But Arteta wants control, he hate risk passing like long balls and diagonal balls, he wants complete control in 6, which fits Zubi well. Post matchday 25, Zubi hardly makes any progressive pass, line breaking pass or thru balls.
