Thanks for the video. I was interested in these but I saw that it seemed to be on pre-order for a very very long time so i decided to not and I think it was a smart decision.

Purchased the Scouts a year ago, before your video, I ordered a pair and was disappointed after two weeks waiting for delivery I emailed Mark he cancelled charge on my credit card. All good. Then about two months later a pair of scouts showed up at my front door. I emailed Mark he was thankful for my honesty and offered that I could keep them and pay just the cost of the speakers, $180. So I did. The Scouts really are wonderful speakers. My experience. Thanks for the videos Randy

Thank you so much for covering this. I used to be his general manager for the company in the beginning, I may have even been the one who sent you the review speakers for said video. As you said, I am one to believe in second chances and fell for everything he said. Everything you have said is 100% true. He almost ruined my career and personal life, and attempted to launder money through me by offering to buy me a house to help run the business. I could go on but I had been worried about being sued for opening my mouth when I was already out thousands of dollars and in a terrible spot. THANK YOU so very much for making this video and bringing this to light. He is a liar and manipulator, the issue is he usually does have decent products and the bad gets drowned out by “loud” reviews.

Ordered in March of this year, started to inquire about the status. Got tons of excuses from tornadoes to health issues. He kept saying they are shipping tomorrow, tomorrow never came. I cancelled my order, and after about a week of constantly texting and filing a CC Claim finally i got the refund. Bottom line if he would have just been upfront I might have waited, but I started to smell a scam and was questioning if I was even going to get the same product that had been reviewed. A buyer beware situation for sure. I think I'm just going to get some Polk ES20 speakers and be done. Thanks for the Video I really enjoy the channel!

Thanks for this Randy! I had an old college History professor who had a great saying: "If you make a mistake, we're all human, it has to be forgiven. If you make the same mistake a second or third time, then it's not a mistake anymore." ;-)

Recommend Ascend Acoustics instead. They make bookshelf speakers, floor standing, and subwoofers. Designed and assembled in USA. I own a set of Sierra's. Their most basic speakers may cost more than the Scouts but you will receive them. Problem solved
