Neymar has never been a problem in the locker room. Neymar can play for 30 minutes and create situations that can totally change a game. There's no other player who can do that. Besides, remember, in 2002, Ronaldo was coming off injuries and he not only won the world cup but was the top scorer in that competition with two goals in the final.
