This was useful but that “Storage Full” visual you showed was a fake one I get when I’m playing a game I like on my device & some scammer is trying to sell me a seemingly easy technique to get rid of my overfull storage. I’m not saying you’re a scammer, but maybe you could note that the “Storage Full” may look differently & that one may lead you to a scammer’s way to remedy things (but not remedy them at all; I’ve learned the hard way).

My phone doesn’t give me the review download media,
I deleted almost every app on my phone, hundreds of duplicate pictures and still my phone said my storage was full. I gave up and just got a new phone, all the same apps, even more actually, and it says I have plenty of storage. I think it's a gimmick to get you to get a new phone.
Running out of space with Apple is a scam. They sell you MONTHLY iCloud storage and there’s plenty of space in the cloud, yet the devices still say FULL. Hope somehow the Europeans figure a way to sue Apple to stop this like they did with the USB-C. On Android phones you can add memory cards so you don’t run out of space.

Just so you know when you offload apps they stay on your home page it just is partly deletes so when you click it it reloads and you can use it with everything still saved

My IOS and system data are about 2/3 of the slider bar. Is there a way to clean that up?

I recently bought a 256 GB MacBook Neo. In order to keep its free space optimal I set the Photos app to optimised mode, where full resolution photos and videos are kept on iCloud while keeping smaller versions on the Mac. This meant instead of needing 32 GB, Photos app used only 3.5 GB. I also set Apple Music to stream rather than download , thus saving another 38 GB. These same processes can be applied to iPhones and iPads as well.
Can you help with the same thing on Android phones?

I'm following along until I get to iPhone storage and I don't have "review downloaded media", I only have Review Large Attachments and then all the individual apps and how much room they're taking up. Maybe because I have an iPhone 13 Pro?
Sometimes all you need to do is to update your iCloud storage and that will fix it after a backup is done.
Does this apply to iPads too?
