Getting Rid Of The Black Fence & Adding Lattice!

We finally started transforming the side yard into something that actually feels like a real garden room instead of a random pass-through space 😅 Today was all about paint, privacy, and trusting the process. We swapped part of the black fence for the prettiest warm creamy color called Soft Pelican, painted the table we built, installed lattice panels for privacy, and completely changed the feel of this whole area in one day. I was a little nervous seeing the two-tone fence at first, but once the shadows started dancing across the lighter paint color… oh my gosh. It instantly felt softer, brighter, and so much cozier back here. We also tackled filming privacy from the neighbors’ patio and kitchen windows, which has honestly bothered me for a long time.
