Invest in a good security system. Keep the building unassuming and consider making the parking lot gate access. Your succsess will 100% make you a target. Not sure the likelihood this gets seen. I am a local Home Depot assistant manager. I dropped my contact info in the key drop off slot. Another thing to think about, if you put LSC on the building, you may get a ton of visitors that you don’t always want. And with the size of your channel you will probably get subscribers trying to come in. Privacy goes a long ways.

Three things: Big, heavy doors are usually required for insurance in a commercial zone. Granted, this doesn’t apply the same in all states, but where I currently am, all commercial buildings require a 60-minute fire-resistant door for all bathrooms, hallways, and stairwells, as they’re considered fallback and escape zones for people working there to have a 60-minute window of safety for them to escape to, away from, or for the fire department to get to them. Please note that the time variant per door/per wall can differ across zones and/or states, so be aware if you do add your second-floor extension, as the doors will have to match as such. Secondly, be super careful how you word things like bedroom and or anything residential, as you are still legally in a commercially defined zone. Meaning, if anything happens, even though you will be working on your own stuff, your insurance company could still cancel your insurance as you would be in breach of contract simply for having a bed in a commercial zone because of a residential room upstairs. And no, I wish I were kidding! Check your local laws and/or city planners before you start putting that out there on YOUTUBE for all to see. Lastly, now you have a MASSIVE shop, have the company that is going to do your floor put your logo in the center of that MASSIVE floor, it’ll fill in that area, and tie the shop together for taking photos of the cars atop YOUR GIANT LOGO.
