Wow! Definitely a great improvement from the old shop congratulations on the building. And man! You don't waste time you just closed on that place. But hey, I'm excited to see what you turned it into. I know what that place looked like previously and definitely was a lot of junk around there. Once it's yours and it's all cleaned up I know you'll keep it looking great
Just a suggestion, make the "build" of the shop a multi part series. I bet they end up being some of the highest viewed videos you have ever made snd they bring a lot of new subscribers for you.

50min from work is a plus to me, not to close that everyone can annoy while not working, nor distracting to go home and stuff like that, and far away so u can drive and enjoy the cars everyday but not too far away to became a nuisance, routine is beautiful when u know how to see it

Two notes regarding the floor and detail bay... I did a beautiful epoxy floor on my home garage. I took the installers advice and did the tan with multicolor flakes, adding extra red to match all my cabinetry. They call this the chameleon, because it hides dirt and blemishes I cause, keeping it looking great. The bad part is that finding small items (springs, ball bearings, small screws) is tough because it all blends in. My shop is gloss Grey, and is superior for actual automotive work because you can easily find dropped items. I wouldn't suggest a multicolor floor in that space. Second, for my detail bay, which is open to the shop, I installed floor to ceiling rubber shower curtains on tracks, which I pull around the bay to enclose spray when washing. Once done with the water, I retract the shower curtains and cinch them with a bungee. Very quick and clean. Think hospital room partition curtains. Works like a champ, and then the space is wide open when not in use. Just food for thought, from someone who made mistakes.
