We had a driver pull in that didn't speak English and was at the wrong factory in the wrong state. He was 16 hrs in the wrong direction for the same company.

I literally had to call the state police and report a jack knifed semi on a narrow country road a week ago. He was trying to turn around. Before i turned around i asked him if help was coming and he couldn't reply because he didn't understand me. The dispatcher told me that it was the 3rd driver in a week in the county i lived in.

In Illinois you can buy your CDL for 12k and nobody cares about it
