In all fairness, it’s a public place. The restaurant allows smoking. A lot of places don’t…. Those men probably went to that restaurant because it does offer smoking. If you don’t like it, go somewhere that doesn’t allow smoking. You have a lot more options as a non-smoker. But that bald guy was being a dick. He should’ve politely said, “No. I’m sorry, but I also paid for my meal. And I really enjoy a cigar with my meal. This place allows us to smoke.”

If smoking is allowed in an establishment, you either don’t go there, or don’t ask people to stop.
