True story. In 1996. My friend would drive us to a technical school we all were attending. (40min away from home) I would make us late sometimes and not be ready for him to pick me up, well one morning he had enough and drove fast to school. We were on a county road. It was so foggy we could not see out the windshield, maybe 1 or 2 car lengths at best we could see up. He starts to pass the vehicle in front of us, mind you the county road is only a 2 way ( no center lane to drive pass) I was in the back seat, and I knew if we went head on we would all die. I wasn’t wearing my self belt, I said to myself what for, if I live I will stay a vegetable and most likely paralyzed. My friend in the passenger seat and I were screaming at him to get back into our lane. It took about 30 to 40 seconds to finally pass the cars that were in front of us. Right as we get back into our lane, I hear a car that passes us by. It was the most dangerous car ride Iv been in and I had no control over it. I accepted my fate. Lucky ? Or Was it GOD? I will never forget that day as long as I live. After that day my dad let me drive his truck to school until I graduated. Do not drive through fog this way. DANGEROUS. My true story as it happened.
