a week in portugal 🍊 my first ever solo trip

hello hello! this vlog is a little different than my usual college content, and instead documents my trip to portugal this reading break! i wander around, do some journalling, go on a walking tour, and meet some furry friends. PLS just watch the cat clip for a boost of seratonin. this was my first time to europe, and solo travelling outside of the country (i’m very poorly travelled), and i’m so grateful i had such lovely experiences and met such lovely people, and was not scared off from solo travelling:) although i did end the trip with a cute hospital trip 😛 this is just the first couple days of my trip. hehe i took wayyyy too much footage, i be thinking i’m coppola or something. my phone has been barely surviving from all the storage it’s taken up, so it feels so satisfying to relieve my phone of some of those videos now that i’ve transformed them into something a bit more cohesive 😌 but now the ssd where i store my footage to edit is bursting at the seams, curses. i’m literally trying to export this video rn and it has failed 4 times already. HELP ME. WHY IS STORAGE SO GATEKEPT AHH i'm geniunely so excited to edit more of these travel vlogs because i want somewhere to keep these silly stories i have to tell edit: guys rewatching this through, i'm realizing how afraid i am of seeming cringy or cheesy, and how i feel the need to make it clear that i'm self-aware of how lame i am. i want to work on not feeling like i have to acknowledge how cringy i am as a prerequisite of expressing my thoughts and feelings 😭 like girl ur just living ur life, it's okay to feel things and to think and say things that aren't effortlessly cool or deep or original. it's okay to just say things you feel, because you feeling them is important enough music!
