You've reached the end
as a high schooler, it should be MANDATORY to teach us how to do taxes , buy a house, how to use credit, etc. im getting my first job this summer and i am so confused about taxes and a w2
Spoiler alert: it’s because the government wants people to be and stay poor 😂😂😂😂
Buying a house was mostly stressful, it only became exciting once we had moved in and been there for a month
It was definitely very stressful especially because ours almost did fall through but with a heartfelt letter I sent to the sellers they still proceeded with us 😭 looking back I wish I could have let myself enjoy the process more. There was excitement but the worrying overshadowed it 😅
As someone who is still in school why can’t I learn how to do taxes or adulting stuff. Also love your videos
Stressful but exciting!
I think moving to a house from our apartment was the least stressful vs selling a home while also buying a home. Having to have our home that we’re selling immaculate for showings, while dealing with our children just being kids so being immaculate is far fetched, plus my dad dying, plus my husband starting a new job an hour away, PLUS trying to find a house closer to his job was stressful but God made a way. We didn’t have a good realtor, though. Having a realtor you trust makes a world of difference honestly. Having land for your family to live on sounds so lovely. I’m excited for y’all! I know it seems daunting, but hopefully this will be your forever home & you won’t have to sell and go through that nightmare lol.
Congratulations 🎉
25 here, my husband and I bought our house last year and while so exciting it’s most definitely stressful! there are SO MANY hoops to jump through even with your offer accepted! try not to stress out too much about it, if it’s what’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! we came in 10k under everyone else’s offer, but my realtor told us to write a heartfelt letter to the house/owner about what we loved about it, and what we wanted to do with it in the future and she chose us the next day! it’s not always about money, some people just wanted the peace of mind their former home is going to be in good hands and well taken care of! so many of today’s generation wants to modernize any old school farmhouses and a lot of people just want you to see the house for the beautiful characteristics it already has! best of luck on your journey, it goes by fast so enjoy it!🩷
My husband and I just closed on our first house, and omiword it was stressful! We almost lost 20k due to a clerical error on closing day, but thankfully all worked out with an hour to spare. All the stress will be worth it tho! We officially moved in on saturday and have been unpacking and deciding what we want to do with all the space and its so cool knowing its yours and no one can evict you haha. Good luck!
Yeah it’s alot of work !!!
