This is a classic high school bullying method. Acting like you totally click with your bestie right in front of the “third wheel” to make them feel as excluded and ostracized and rejected as possible.
I’m more offended that they’re basically ignoring the interviewer and practically having a side conversation just the two of them.
The interviewer did a good job in not interrupting them when they were embarrassing themselves
They literally pretended the interviewer doesn’t exist, this is just a 101 high school bullying tactic.
the fact that neither of them really make eye contact with the interviewer after she asked a question is so unbelievably rude
If these two women can do this to a professional reporter, infront of a camera that is filming them, imagine how they treat other professional staff and "ordinary" people without cameras!
I LOVE how the interviewer never forgot this moment and patiently waited until it was the right time to drop this 👏🏻
It is actually scary to observe two people who are SO full of themselves

The biggest misconception was everyone thinking Blake was a nice person 😂
This gave me flashbacks to how I was bullied in highschool. It's a weird type of bullying where you're constantly put down then ignored. Props to the interviewer for keeping it cool
I love how the interviewer immediately picked up on their pompous, self-absorbed attitudes and let them shine for themselves. Excellent.
Blake is PURPOSELY carrying on a side conversation with her co-star and leaving the interviewer out. Such micro aggression, passive aggressive, mean girl tactics/behavior.
This is exactly what Maya Angelou was referring to - ‘I’ve learned that people will never forget how you made them feel’.
I’ll never see Blake Lively the same way again.
