After a disastrous set of elections for the party last week, Wes Streeting's allies have told the BBC they expect the health secretary to challenge Starmer's leadership as soon as tomorrow. Four members of his government have already resigned and many more party members are calling for him to step down. But how did we get here? Lying to win party leadership, instantly taking gifts after taking shots at Tories over it, appointing Mandleson and dodging responsibility, got Mahmood openly wanting surveillance state, pushing for message scanning and if you don't like it you're a predator, cracking down on protests, kicking out the left of the party and showing the rest the door. And now Streeting, the only worse potential replacement I can imagine, being anywhere near leadership. The man is so transparently slimy it's unreal. All overshadowing any positive moves. Starmer having to backtrack on positions means he is very unlikely be be trusted now championing them. It's never ideal replacing a leader, but it's worse keeping one that tanking the party. Any positives being done at risk when they inevitably lose. The only hard question is who can replace him. Especially since he has straight purged any potential competition.

I'm sure the BBC cannot see "..what went wrong..". However, the native, resident, indigenous British public saw it on the day Starmer moved into Downing Street.
He's a Labour PM. Need I say more. Maybe I do, well he made promises Labour cannot keep. He introduced ideas ( Digital ID) which he has no mandate for. Labour put up taxes, failed on inflation, failed on the doctors strike (Streeting), failed on house building, failed on immigration. The biggest failure of all? Not owning it, instead they blame the last government. If they think changing the head when the body is sick will change anything, then they are deluded too.
His reaction to the Southport massacre when he labelled tens of millions of indigenous British people "far right" showed his true colours. It's not racist to want to protect your own children, the Indigenous British people want to secure their own identity, culture, history and future. Unvetted illegal immigration and uncontrolled legal immigration is destroying Britain.

Why do Political Parties make the same mistakes over and over again. Politicians need to remember that they called serve the nation not their own chiefdoms (policies not personality). Has the Labour Party not learnt any from years of watching the Conservative Party self destruct. Here we go again ….
