Your dad has next level talents. So cool you’ll work so close to together on so many different projects.
You can pressure wash that weathered dirt out. 2800-3000psi, with a less wide tip. You can get aggressive with it. 5” from the panel give or take. I owned a paint company for 12 years and sealed many cabins, decks, fences, gazebos etc. That spray on cleaner won’t clean the weathering. That’s the darker areas on the siding. The trick is to walk the length. If you get aggressive and you don’t do it right, you’ll cut lines in the wood and you will 100% see them when you seal or stain. Get a 15-20 degree tip for the power washer. I’ve taken the gray out of countless siding panels doing this.
Kelly, praying for you. You are so right…We can get so overwhelmed with the stuff that’s less important than ourselves. You got this. Stay in the word! 🙏🫶
If you tie down the shipping container you can use that as a storm shelter.
Lol, at your dad. You're very blessed to have a dad like yours! He's a gem.
Black oil sun flower seeds is a birds favorite. Turn the pressure up on the pressure washer.
Don't Stress over all the things on your List, remember you can only do one thing at a Time. You've got this.
Hello Kelly, always good to get a new video from you and seeing how your week went and spending time with your Dad and Toby despite everything that happened. Have a very blessed week and take care take care Kelly, Toby and Family.🙏
What I've found that really works well on siding for getting off mildew is Simple Green, it works pretty good and it's safe for people, pets and the environment.
I did that with my outboard boat motor once. Freaked me out. When using wood bleach, you should scrub so you don't get streaks and it will work much better if you scrub. Rolling scaffolding instead of a ladder.
Put scented dryer sheets in certain little pockets of your engine, and the mice will stay away
I feel you! Since my dad passed and I inherited my family home, the list of to-do’s and maintenance is endless and ever growing. It’s extremely overwhelming trying to figure out how to accomplish each project with the time I have available and I find I am always putting myself at the bottom of that never ending list. Thanks for the reminder to take care of me! And I hope you continue to take care of you as well!!
Good spot for sofa in front of the kitchen island. It’s an easy circular path and able to see TV from every direction. 😊
You are literally your dad's twin that's adorable
In case of a tornado you should be safe in your storage unit, particularly if you add some anchors to it.
I only buy the black oil sunflower seeds because that’s all the birds here want. Way cheaper to buy just what they eat.
Also keep your air vent shut while vehicle is parked. I've had them come in through the vent & build a nest behind the glove box.😮
Kelly, never quit. Ur are the best. And Toby of course
Love you Mr Hays.
Yep, in my experience most birds will go for the black sunflower seeds and avoid the rest. And then they'll test the weight before they pick one they want! Lol They like peanuts really well too. So peaceful to spend time with the birds, until the squirrels come at least lol
