making that river must've been a pane in the glass
Can't wait to watch Etho sit for 30 minutes on the Magma block, waiting for Ravager to roam far enough to escape =o)
I usually taper off throughout any given season of Hermitcraft but I’m really committing to watching all of your episodes for my inevitable decked out binge at the end of the season
Joe´s skeleton hanging in the gallows as a executed criminal left there for years could be nice touch
19:20 the delay could be picking/breaking a lock on the doors. this could give a reason for the wait and a cool sound effect too!
Tango is no longer allowed to say he is not a builder, because this looks absolutely amazing!!
Maybe install a safety layer 2 blocks underneath the river, to protect your redstuff from any accidental holes in the rivermade made by Hermits when they frantically click trying to get out? And the two blocks is so you can easily spot an plug holes from underneath.
the river is right there, graywick definitely needs a mill
The candles being lit makes the village seem more eerie. Imagine going to a place that you know is abandoned, but it seems lived in, yet there's no sign of life.
The productivity of the hermits is really like the bell curve meme. One side is the C team, all chaos little productivity. Then there are groups like EGG, who mix chaos with building and farming. And then there’s tango, who has built a mountain and is currently building an entire video game with redstone.
"why are there candles burning in an abandonded village?" ghosts. obviously ghosts. ghosts love candles.
Tango, you can also add some broken down carts. Also it's okay if building are a little different. A village wouldn't all be built in a generation, some buildings would be from years ago and renovated or rundown, some would be newer or in construction. Some might even be built off of really old military forts or other old structures.
Can't wait for Grian to put that dried ghast in the water on his first run!
Up is down, left is right, Bdubs redefines redstone and Tango builds art. Amaazing time to be alive.
I think the race for this season's MVP might already be over. All the hermits work hard, but Tango is the one setting the bar in the sky this time around. Tip of the hat to you sir, you are the energizer bunny.
33:20 im not sure if you were planning on this, tango, but in terms of districting, wealth tends to decline downriver, especially in these more medieval-style towns… and thats because all the waste and detritus from the human activity upriver washes down and out, making property in those areas where the runoff ends cheaper and more poorly maintained (not to mention a bit more disease-ridden)
1:39 that’s called channelizing a river. Usually rivers get straightened out and narrowed in that process, causing them to run deeper and faster
Even Tango's timelapse music is reflecting the gloom of what hes building, love it, cannot WAIT for DO3
maybe some leaf litter scattered around ontop of the panes to make the river a bit more murky/swampy?
the pane joke was definitely needed
