Only thing I could say been a full time alloy welder is turn your pulse frequency up a bit so you can run your weld like a steel mig and still stack your pulses and you will also find you will get more consistent welds and deeper penetration as it as more heat more frequently. I run that same machine at home and absolutely love it.

The reason you will find you prefer to mig the crevice is due to the fact the electricity flows in the opposite direction in mig compared to tig, making mig much better at filling the grand canyon due to the flow of the electrons smash into the wire allowing the heat to stay away from the surface and the resulting molten metal to fall into the pool and create deeper penetration.
Use a Holley 4barrel EFI manifold and cast elbow as a side entry. This will give you all the clearance you need and better plumbing to the airbox

I’ve bent the fuel sender float arm back on its self before so the sender reads opposite.
Despite owning a Prado, this is my favourite car in the whole Build War series. Maybe if they had put a live axle in the Prado, it would've been different.
