Das dürfte aber irgendwo in Indien, Pakistan oder Bangladesch sein. In China, Korea oder Japan sieht so eine Fabrik sicher deutlich anders aus. Trotzdem sehr hilfreich, um die grundlegenden Prozesse zu verstehen, die natürlich auch in einer modernen (und sicheren!) Fabrik die Gleichen sind.

They did not explain what this gear is used for; however, my guess is that it is a bicycle crank arm gear—the kind onto which the drive chain is mounted.
