You do amazing rebuilds. Pick any year c8 corvette and add adaptive cruise control(acc) to it as a challenge. If successful might become a lucrative business since lot of people on discussion forums want acc and I will buy car since I already paid deposits the day when awd c8 vehicles were launched with top 2 corvette dealers by volume and bring it to your repair shop wherever it is located. I love everything about c8 awd trims such as eray or upcoming gsx or zr1x except it missing acc so haven’t bought it. Rented eray in Turo for few days and it turned out to be pain in the ass during peak traffic when I used it for daily office commuting every time manually braking if car in front of me slows down.

2018 Audi SQ5 oil cooler was only leaking oil and oil fiter house leaking on Cap. Fixed oil cooler new seal and silicone whole thing, replaced oit filter housing with aluminum one. No more leaks arround oil cooler. Oil cap oil arround it. If i shut engine off and remove oil cap air pressure in engine. I have replaced PVC Oil Separator/Pressure Control. Blowing air out hole, if cover it will sqeal. I washed out PVC hose , it holds water and couldnt blow through it, but maybe valves not holding back all pressure because valves have hardend. PVC hose could be bad, causing all my Oil leaks. Have you seen this before?

You know modern cars have gone too far when the dealerships can't properly diagnose their own cars.
Funny thing about all of this is the Audi mechanics have all the best tools to work on this car and they still misdiagnosed the problem. I'd love to hear their excuse.

You do have to program the batteries in these so the alternator knows how much to send to the battery. Pretty sure it would work with an old battery just need to charge it up first.
The alternator you changed has to be coded to the car, relearn basic function. And charging the 48v battery manually, you need ODIS
PCV and coil packs are wear items IMO, on a VAG car with over 100k.
