I went for manual cause it gives me more options but also because i love to make life difficult

life's hard enough. I prefer automatic.

In a manual you have more control and it's more fun to drive but in city stop and go traffic, an automatic will save your knees and keep you sane.

I have an automatic now and honestly want to switch back to manual. The thing with automatics is because you can’t control the gears, it doesn’t always change gears smoothly. In an automatic if you are on a steep hill or on a bend or even if you just accelerate too fast you can feel it switch gears and it’s not very smooth. I also feel like manuals have more control especially in lower gears, while an automatic wants to send you down the road as fast as possible. 😂 As a side note I’ve only driven one automatic so maybe it’s just the one I’m driving now, maybe not all automatics are like that.

Automatic no drama

I love manuals. It's much harder to learn but it feels like you have more control. It makes it more fun once you get it

I learnt to drive a manual car, just in case in an emergency I have to steal or borrow a car and it happens to be manual I am able to escape from the zombies 😅

Driving manual is like driving automatic, it just has an extra minigame.

I drove 20 years manual... First time I used an automatic was from a rental. I was surprised how good it feels and how relaxing it is. Sold my car and bought an automatic. I would never go back. And if I want to drive manual or want to drive fast I switch to the pedals on the steering wheel. But in 99% of the time I keep it in automatic.

When I was booking my first lessons there wasn't even automatic lessons available so I had to learn manual either way😅

i'm a new driver and i drive a manual, tbh i got in some situations that i would rather have a automatic than a manual, but overall i'm happy with my manual car

As someone who has an automatic license and has had one for 10 years...learn a manual please. You'll have so many more opportunities. I'm a delivery driver, my choice of new cars when my old ones have broken are so limited.
