Nah she was right. You pay money for a place and they give you the wrong size bed and a empty hot tub? Justified to complain, get a refund, steal all the amenities, and leave trash behind

The bed size is somewhat forgivable but if I paid for a room with a hot tub and that hot tub looked like this, I'd be extremely pissed off and would act exactly like her. A nice hot tub is a main feature to me.
