The '68 C10 short bed that I recently traded my C3 Corvette for continues to fight me as I dial in the fresh 355 engine swap. Bro I literally woke from a dream about being on a speedboat with Tom with some baddies and it crashed and we were surrounded by whales trying to get back to the shore. Guess it was just time to refurb my Tom.
Lock in for the Trade up challenge

10:23 there's your new t-shirt quote😂
I love how papa John instantly went for the timing light and didn’t move when the carb backfired gotta love it hes in his element
The paint scheme on the Z is so damn cool. Silver with the pinstripes looks awesome. Yes, 1981.... Oil crisis, power.... Still a damn cool car.
HES FUCKING REFURBING HARD AND SO AM I
54:54 just admit it tom.... your a camaro guy now 😂
My dad had a 79 white and blue z28 and a 74 burgundy 2nd gen camaro. The 74 was his highschool car. Rolled fenders, wide ass tires, and wheelies. Talks about it like it's his dead wife. Sat in a field after he sold it and was crushed. Keep keeping hot rodding alive, Tom 🗣🔥
IM REFURBING MY TOM SOOOOOO FREAKING HARD RIGHT NOW!!!!!😫
14:06 this is where your problem with the pro form carburetor started when it backfired through the carb it blew the power valve inside your metering block I’d say put a new .65 in it and it’s probably good as new. When they backfire like that they usually blow them causing sporadic fuel pressure causing your feeling of it flooding out or starving for fuel randomly making you think you had a float/ needle issue, however that spring was an issue on that float in particular as well
In Tom we Refurb
Never been this early I don’t think
