In this Barnfind episode Jonny Smith is in Barrow in Furness to discover an RS Turbo that had been carefully dry stored inside an old pig shed since the early 2000s. Will it run? Watch and see, but Jonny definitely gives it a deserved first clean in decades. Thanks for stopping by The Late Brake Show. Shame he aint got the grill as they very very is to push back to pop the bonnet to get at the alarm/imobiliser
I think I want one! Great looking little car. Great video as always.
I love a MK3. I could only afford an XR2i. Handled badly with it's slow steering rack but I loved it in diamond white with neon blue pinstripe. Take me back.
That looks really nice even the aftermarket wheels really suit it
Amazing, I live in Barrow in Furness and you're right about big Irv, a local legend, absolute master of his trade. Really hope to see this beast flying through the local lanes and coast roads in the future. Amazing car.
Love this cross over video with Auto Shenanigans
Don't forget the new lake district mosque. A really nice addition to the area
I still do wanna see videos of you going back to all cars you showed us to see if anything has happend to it or not. This is an damn good looking car😍
As a dutchman, I understand a lot of english, but I never understood a word Sean said! Nice video for the rest!
Back in the day, a mate had a Fiesta van as a work car, which had broken down. His boss told him to go to the hire company and get another Fiesta. He walked in the door and asked for a Fiesta, the hire staff said which one do you want...He had the RS Turbo for two days before his boss found out and went mental! By that time we'd ragged that poor car everywhere 😂
Gotta love a Festa I've had several over the years.
Had completely forgotten the Fiesta Turbo existed so this video was a welcome surprise. Superb. 👏
Locksmith? Angle grinder? Many cleaner ways to take that off lol. Hillarious though.
Proper flash backs with that car and Guru Josh 😂
The most beautiful Fiesta design by far. I was dreaming of having an XR2 while driving an 1.4 Ghia (which was the most comfy car I ever owned, btw). Ah the memories.
Hi Jonny, as an Australian viewer this episode is bloody great, a small Ford, an engine from an escort plus a turbo charger, I see it as a modern day incarnation of the 105E Ford Anglia. What a top offering from Ford, the Fiesta RS, we only got the RS sticker down under. No rust Jonny, not science experiment on 4 wheels as normal in the UK. I want one of these now ! The car wash at the end is Gold. Can you take it to Wales and do a photo shoot with the MST MK1
Made a mess of the steering wheel there. Silly bugger!
I saw an exact copy of one in Monmouth a few months ago. White, on the back on a low loader it was mint, and original.
Beautiful time machine. I hope you get it goung,Shaun!
Love the Fordson tractors to 😊. We still have a 62 super dexta to
