Here in Australia that exhaust or behaviour is enough to have the cops pull you over, lift your bonnet, and spend the next 2 hours defecting every single thing on your car and in your engine ebay. Probably ending with some kind of "Yeah you're not driving this home mate, call a tow truck". Absolutely ruthless they are, here.

This happened to me once. I was driving home late at night and decided to blast on a straight. A cop was right behind me , flashed his lights and as i was pulling over he just drove on by. Its just a quicker way of giving you a warning. 😂
