Wowwww, I experienced the exact same thing and the cop said he was trying to slow me down. I told him he could have caused a major accident and put other drivers in danger, he then said you hate cops don't you. It worked in my favor that time.

Cop needs to be fired

So now the truck driver has to take time off from work and waste two days just to let the judge see he was in the right. The cop is wasting the truck drivers time.
