When putting grease in the brake camshaft, you got to be really careful not to overdo it otherwise your push out the seals. I was told to put only one or two pumps of grease max

On the Davco fuel filter housing, I have found several times over the years where a mobile mechanic or a truck stop mechanic has inadvertently caused an air leak in the fuel system simply by NOT wiping or cleaning the housing lip where the o ring seals. Drivers come in to our dealership, usually towed, because the engine just quit running a few miles away from where the service was performed. I have found in those particular instances SAND was trapped between the o ring and the housing causing air getting sucked in. I get it, in those environments, time is money, spending the extra time decreases the amount made. But so does reimbursing a tow bill. One thing to remember, drivers today still use CB radios. Don’t think for a second if they feel like they’ve been had or received poor service they aren’t on that radio warning other, it does and can happen.

Mechanic so check dude I'm big Riggs leave out here on the road. We don't have time sometime to check our rigs. I'm glad we've got a couple good mechanics on the road or at shops. It will take big time will be ready.

Thats pretty cool, would be nice if European oil filter covers were clear as well since they tend to be at the top of the engine where you can see them easily.

were i live thay have outlawd plastic filter housings becouse thay wil leak over time small cracks form after the uv takes the plastic to hell and back its all glass now
