The guy honking in the last one shows that BOTH OF THE DRIVERS weren't pay attention, probably texting, he saved them from crashing into each other

4th one is a prime example of what happens when you mess with the wrong person

# 2 is not U.S. because they’re driving on opposite side of the road then we do in the United States.

First one - I've witnessed this happen before (without the car flip), actually got called by the insurance company to give a statement.

Nobody should brake check. Obviously. But, to be fair, the vehicle behind the Hyundai had PLENTY of time to brake and even stop. He would be the party at fault.
